Just a casual walk down the beach in hull today reveals just how special and underrated the town of Hull Massachusetts really is. The majestic beach homes along the shore are impressive to say the least. They cover about three miles on the ocean side and extend all around the peninsula.
Basics:
Hull is a small town of about 11K people and is a destination point in the summer with Nantasket beach and the relatively new Clarion Hotel. Considered a blue collar town that extends from more affluent communities like Hingham and Cohasset you would not know it from the value of the beach houses. Values range from $200k - $1MM. There is something for everyone.
